Creative Director, Redstart Creative
Conceive and implement visual marketing strategies and campaigns for clients that range across print and digital platforms. Create engaging brands and campaigns for clients that tell a story and elicits an emotional response. Working directly with the clients; creating concepts for all forms of creative work. Managing, guiding, and overseeing design, graphic arts, and marketing personnel to deliver completed campaigns to clients. Working with the entire Redstart team, across departments, to ensure client work meets and exceeds expectations, as well as produces trackable results.
2014-2016
Senior Graphic Designer, Ainsley & Co.
Concept and create designs for a variety of agency clients, including branding, websites, print, digital media, campaign design and implementation, and specialty direct mail. Utilize those elements to extend brand recognition for clients via social media and web outreach. Art direct photo and video shoots for client campaigns. Work closely with other designers, developers and the account team to maintain deadlines and continually support campaigns and clients. Working directly with the Owner to design proposals and presentation materials.
2010-2014
Art Director, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra
Art direct a team of creatives to concept, design, and produce ALL print and web marketing materials/campaigns for the BSO, across the Marketing, Development, and Education departments. Working with the marketing team to maintain a clean production schedule, dividing projects among designers to produce projects on time and within budget. Oversee that all projects follow appropriate style guide, while providing artistic direction and design.
2006-2010
Graphic Designer, MedStar Health
Concept, design, and produce high quality marketing materials for the Marketing Department. Creating brochures, ads, logos, posters, books, and all other print materials; as well as designing for the web. Attending and art directing, photo and TV shoots, as well as photographing when needed. Working directly with both account executives and hospital executives to create affective designs for major hospitals and diversified businesses in the Baltimore and DC areas.
